Angela’s Blueberry Crumble

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Meteorologist Angela Hutti shares one of her favorite recipes. It is a delicious blueberry crumble that takes under an hour to make.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Bake Time: 30 minutes


1 package frozen cinnamon rolls
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 cup pecans or walnuts, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar


Open frozen cinnamon rolls (no need to thaw) and arrange in a 13×9 casserole dish. Don’t be shy, break them apart to fill in the gaps. Set the packaged icing aside. You’ll need it later.
Spread blueberry pie filling over the frozen cinnamon rolls.
Combine the nuts, butter, flour, and brown sugar and sprinkle on top
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes
When it comes out, drizzle with the icing that was included with the cinnamon rolls while still warm.
Serve and enjoy!
