Mariah Carey is NOT already ready to marry Bryan Tanaka, despite a report. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk the story.
RadarOnline falsely announces in a headline on Friday, “Too Much, Too Soon? Mariah Carey Ready To Wed Boytoy Bryan Tanaka.” According to the site, although Carey split from fiancé James Packer just months ago, she’s “ready to walk down the aisle with another man!” It’s specifically alleged “the diva singer is telling friends she wants to make her rebound boytoy, 33-year-old Bryan Tanaka, her husband!”
“Mariah is already talking marriage and kids because she is absolutely enamored by this guy. She is convinced now that he is the one,” a so-called “friend” claims to the webloid. The alleged tipster goes on to say, “Bryan does seem to genuinely love Mariah too. They are convinced that they are supposed to be together.”
It actually remains to be seen if Carey and Tanaka will go the distance. Gossip Cop can exclusively reveal the couple has no plans to wed at this time. We’ve also learned that no “friend” of the superstar would be talking to an outlet like RadarOnline. “They just make sh*t up,” Carey’s rep tells us, adding, “It’s so annoying.”
That it is. Just a month ago, Gossip Cop busted the repeatedly wrong outlet for claiming Tanaka was demanding a pay raise to appear on the second season of “Mariah’s World.” There isn’t even a second season in the works.
