NFL player Rashad Jennings continues to improve week after week on Dancing With the Stars as a contestant and now he’s a finalist. Paired with pro dancer Emma Slater, Jennings has delivered great performances on the show and has gained the attention of many lady viewers as well.
While many wonder if Jennings is married or dating someone, Earn the Necklace reports that he appears to be single. Previously, Jennings was romantically linked to TV personality Angela Simmons, but she currently is reported to be in a relationship with her baby daddy Sutton Tennyson.
Though Jennings does not seem to have a lady in his life right now, in an interview with Giants.com, he previously said that he is a hopeless romantic and a sucker for Valentine’s Day. He explained:
I never miss Valentine’s Day. It’s the world’s excuse and reason for showcasing chivalry and expressing you’re sentiments and love for another person.
As for Jennings’ pro dance partner Emma Slater, she is taken and engaged to fellow pro Sasha Farber. Farber was paired with gymnast Simone Biles this season and the two were sent home in a surprise elimination that shocked viewers.
Last season on a live episode of the show, Farber proposed to Slater and she said “yes”. Check out the proposal in the below video clip.
After a live performance together, Farber got down on one knee and told Slater that this was something he’d wanted to do for a long time and that he loves her “so, so much.”
Fellow cast members couldn’t help but shed tears and gather around the love-struck couple.
Tonight, Slater and Jennings compete in part 1 of the season 24 finale for Dancing With the Stars, which airs on the ABC network at 8 p.m. ET/PT time delay.
