While there are not a ton of additional characters in Injustice 2 to unlock, one way to obtain new fighters is through premier skins. These alternate outfits not only change how a fighter looks, but their dialogue options, voice, and even some visual flares to their moves. Characters will interact with someone wearing a premier skin, as this acts as a way for developer NetherRealm Studios to add more fighters without building an entire moveset.
There are 7 premier skins to unlock in Injustice and not every single one can be purchased with Source Crystals. It’s possible that you can randomly unlock every skin, however, these are the ones we know for sure. We will continue to update this information as we go along. Here is how to obtain all of the premier skins in Injustice 2:
- Flash -Golden Age (Flash Premier Skin)

- Grid (Cyborg Premier Skin)
- Link your Injustice 2 Mobile Account with your copy of Injustice 2 in the Extras Menu.
- John Stweart (Green Lantern Premier Skin)

- Mr. Freeze (Captain Cold Premier Skin)
- Pay 6,000 Source Crystals
- Earned as a Random Reward
- Power Girl (Supergirl Premier Skin)

To use a premier skin first select the corresponding character they are tied too in the Customize Character tab. From here select a loadout and then go to the very bottom bar, select this, and then open up their outfit menu. At the bottom, you will see a special symbol that indicates which one is the premier skin and then all you have to do is equip it.
Premier skins will not affect any of the moves or gear you are wearing, so don’t fret if you want to change Captain Cold into Mr. Freeze. Try to focus on improving your skill with a character first before you decide to nab a premier skin, as the last thing you want to do in Injustice 2 is waste Source Crystals.
