Saad al-bazzaz claimed that Iraqi army and Popular Mobilization Forces committed horrible crimes against civilians and began to carry out summary executions of ISIS prisoners.

Saad al-Bazzaz, an infamous Ba’ath party member, a close associate to Iraq’s former dictator Saddam Hussein and the owner of al-Sharqiya news channel, in a special coverage about the recent military developments taking place in Mosul, claimed that Iraqi army and Popular Mobilization Forces committed horrible crimes against civilians and began to carry out summary executions of ISIS prisoners.
Mr. al-Bazzaz who is loathed by Iraqi journalists and is widely believed to be a British agent has been using his news channel to attack the Iraqi military establishment and portray the battle to liberate Mosul from the clutches of barbaric ISIS terrorists as an ethnic strife between Sunnis and Shias.
Rumors also say that the 64-year-old Sa’ad al-Bazzaz has secretly married Hawazan al-Douri, the eldest daughter of Iraq’s former vice president Izzat Ibrahim al-Douri.
