Ellen DeGeneres is NOT urging Portia de Rossi to attend marriage counseling, despite a manufactured report. Gossip Cop can debunk this claim. We’re told it’s “false.”
According to the repeatedly discredited Celeb Dirty Laundry, DeGeneres is “desperate” to attend counseling sessions with de Rossi in an attempt to save their “crumbling marriage.” Without any legitimate evidence or reputable sources, the often disproven site claims, “They’ve hit a rough patch in their relationship and Ellen wants them to get back on track before they head towards a divorce.”
Let Gossip Cop set the record straight. A source close to the situation assures us the report is completely “false.” DeGeneres is not urging de Rossi to attend marriage counseling sessions, nor is their relationship on the brink. It’s simply yet another fake news story seemingly concocted by the fabricators at CDL.
Unfortunately, we’re not surprised by the outlet’s inaccurate tale. Only days ago, Gossip Cop busted the site for falsely alleging DeGeneres was planning to host a new game show because she wanted to distract from swirling divorce rumors. And shortly before that bogus report, we called out the webloid for wrongly claiming DeGeneres was trying to salvage her “troubled” marriage to de Rossi by talking to the press about how much she loves her. Neither story was true, and the same goes for this latest one.
