On American Idol, Alyssa Raghu finally won over all the judges with her fantastic cover of “Stay” by Rihanna featuring Mikky Ekko for her Top 24 Solo performance in front of a live audience and Judges Katy Perry, Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie on American Idol. Alyssa noted that she just turned 16.
Luke Bryan said Katy is her champion and is not cutting her any slack. Luke said she finally won him over. Katy Perry said her tone is what separates her from every other singer in this competition. Katy said she is figuring out her flow and how to move. Katy noted that she just changed 16. Lionel Richie asked if she ever thought in her life how you start with a chicken on Monday and that by the end of the week it is a full chicken. Lionel said when she showed up as a little bird she was so fragile. Luke said that she has got her confidence and everything and to bring it to the table.
