Chris Mazdzer Makes U.S. Olympic History With Historic Finish In The Men’s Luge

History in the making.

Twenty-nine-year-old Chris Mazdzer has made history in the 2018 Winter Olympics as the first man to ever win a medal for the U.S.A. in the singles luge. The sport debuted in the 1964 Olympics and, until this year, the U.S.A. has been shut out of standing on the podium.

Mazder picked up the silver medal, behind Austria's David Gleirscher and ahead of Johannes Ludwig of Germany.
